DESIGNING FOR THE FUTURE

PDDS Specializes in AISC Structural detailing of Commercial buildings. Detailers take architectural drawings and create detailed shop drawings.  Project Management  and  inspection services also available.

 

PDDS personnel use experience gained in all phases of design and drafting, which   includes assemblies, mechanical part design, detailing, piping, controls, and electrical drawings.

 

PDDS uses the latest versions of AutoCad, including Inventor 11 and AutoCad 2007 for drawing creations.  Drawings can be saved as far back as AutoCad Rel. 14 for your convenience.

 

PDDS is currently launching pdds.net from which to post new building designs & sell building drawing designs. The website is also a way to deliver drawings via FTP site for upload & download of drawings and other communications.

This website contains several different types of plans in the developmental stage that will be posted as they become available.

Plans for buildings are divided into different categories based on the type of plan and total square footage of the plan.

Plan types are as follows:

· House plans 1000 sq. ft. or less

· House plans 1000 – 1500 sq. ft.

· House plans 1500 – 2000 sq. ft.

· House plans 2000 – 3000 sq. ft.

· House plans 3000 sq. ft. or more

· Lake and Hunting Cabin plans

· Barn and Garage  Plans
