PK House

The PK House on Possum Kingdom Lake was a project that involved approximately 14,600 sq. ft. of living area & 12,000 sq. ft. of terraces.

The designs were to the specifications of D.C. Broadstone II, Inc. the architect and Frank W. Neal & Assoc., Inc. the structural engineers contracted to FW Construction who requested assembly drawings and shop detail drawings be created thru Lake Road Welding.

The detail drawings included all structural steel required for the job and revised concrete drawings.
